The machine can be equipped with a vision system for the generals controls on parts by means of top and lateral view, for fasteners with recess with a mechanical recess control station, 360 degree profile control, crack detection by eddy current system, dimensional laser checking, laser marking and other special applications.

MODULE IV – The control is made by means of a mechanical bit that enter into the recess of the screw to check its functionality and concentricity. An integrated camera system check all relevant measures.

MODULE V – This module detects Visible and Invisible Cracks on 360’ by means of an Eddy Current system.
Rates up to 220 parts per minute. |

MODULE VI – This module check thread integrity at 360° over the entire thread length by means of a High Frame per Second Camera.
